The company needs managers that are respected by how well they handle their own position, as well as being there for the employees when needed, and just being a good person rather than people that just stand in their associates/team leads way during a rush and talking about their life.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example. Earning respect, not just earning it and then once hired up dropping the consistency. Being respectful when taking a higher role and not treating people like trash, especially not good assets to the team. Panera seems to not understand respect, just titles.
