Bad management, friends get special treatment and are not required to do their job. Other employees are fantastic. Most of the customers are absolutely wonderful and I now call friend. New hires paid higher rates than long time employees.

Need a manager who is able to address employee issues and not just look the other way all the time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Closing management does not adhere to cleaning procedures. Morning rush is terrible due to dining area a total mess almost every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no paid time off or bonuses. The employees that bust their butt's would feel seen if they got a bonus for going above and beyond.
