Managing. Knowing their role and delegating. STOP PUSHING TICKET TIMES!!!! ACCURACY OVER SPEED!!!!! teach "with accuracy comes speed"
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
WE DO NOT WORK TOGETHER AT ALL. At my store it is everyone for themselves. Only a select few knows anything about teamwork. People have become selfish and lazy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect me to do everything yet I have not recieved a raise in FOUR YEARS. Claimed that I have reached the maximum pay which I feel is a LIE because its only a dollar more than the new minimum wage.
