Pay was very low and benefits need much improvement. PTO was sad.

Free food in the offices and half priced gift cards for corporate employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing corporate employees and their efforts for the brand would go a long way. Store associates are important of course but arent the only team members busting their butts everyday.
