Ive had bad management, bad GM's, double standards, and i was lied to about how much i was getting paid for about 7 months in total. (A $3.50 raise promised, never given)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i can barely get more than 20 hours in a week. I am only scheduled on the weekends, i've asked to he scheduled more but never happened. I woukd like to actually get paid what im told im getting paid.
