Positive, people are kind and helpful and work is my happy place, or it was until i went on maternity leave then returned to not having work anymore because they hired a replacement then gave them all my hours.

Leadership. In the 3 years i have had new mangers i have seem them only once.

I'm get my own space to work, i can work at my own pace, hours are flexible, people are always happy to see me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have a team as a baker but if its the cafe employees this refers to they are awsome people always willing to help and solve problems together.
