District manager and GM manger tried to create a case against me. I've worked for 25 yeayers and my GM didn't give me ir reply to my text asking for my 25th anniversary gift. She is asking customers about me and GM is not contacting me personaly about how I am. Customer came to me about her behavior
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To have interviewer be able to interview in comfort of knowing cafe' is really getting taken care of by managment team. They should be taking mire travel paths.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel so low on the value meter. I don't feel valued at all. GM makes me fell the lowest of low in value of opinon and just being valued in general.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value their employees in the field. Acknowlege the years of loyalty and anniversary's do mean something to retail people who are helping customers enjoy their experience and creating the oasis for guest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the newest members if our team. They are young and I learn from them and hopefully I sahare my wisdom. I love working with the younger asscociates they are professional and we laugh& work hard.
