
The general staff try to communicate their concerns to the management staff but the concerns are either dismissed or judged to be invalid based on a popularity contest.
Hard work is extremely overlooked. The people that move up in the company only do so because they become friends with management. Promotions aren’t based on merit but personality.
The management staff extremely lacks in communication with the staff & each other. They are also lacking in people skills. They have no idea how to treat a valued hard working employee.
The amount of work expected in the time allotment is far greater than what the hourly wage is set. Also they don’t compensate employees that have been there for an extended period of time when they hire new people at higher rates.
