What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They treat employees like garbage and have their customers totally brainwashed into thinking foods loaded with carbs and sugars and sodium are “healthy”.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of my coworkers are burnt out stoners who hate the place as much as I do so everybody is miserable all the time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Making a “mistake” sandwich or salad is pretty common practice and coworkers will even make “mistakes” for other employees. It’s our unofficial benefits package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They bring in new employees who I train and who are actually paid MORE than I am, yet a raise is “never in the budget” for me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not using corporate “audits” to scare us into working harder, not getting yelled at every time an order takes slightly above 3 minutes, especially when some orders can be massive.
