The positivity and devotion to employees, which turned out to be false.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and teamwork are severely lacking. Most young employees don't want to do the work and it's left to the strongest employees to get it done without appreciation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When certain strong employees are grouped together the entire shift runs smoothly and everybody is able to enjoy laughing with eachother while working hard at the same time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are treated poorly as far as compensation for how much work they do compared to a manager who stands and watches their phone and refuses to help until their employees are threatening to walk out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workers of all varieties, college students, sole providers of families, etc. are paid bare minimum with full time employees receiving part time hours. Nobody with a family can survive realistically on $12/hr and less than 30 hrs. Employees looking to move up in the business are bypassed by outsiders
