The managment seemed genuine and likeable.

Everybody comes in and leaves angry because no problems ever really get resolved.

My team is not led properly. We could be really good if we just had better leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My leadership team needs to start actually caring about the store level employees and thinking hard about who they promote.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got a promotion that was twice the work for only a marginal increase in pay. I was tempted to demote myself like many of my coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The amount of pay does not compare to the amount of stress workers have to deal with, which create a shortage of staff and overworking of the ones who stay and sucessfully become apathetic about the quality of the workplace.
