There is no leadership, only tyranny. If managers could behave as their position requires them to, we will be doing so much better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership! They all behave like a bunch of bullies, it surprises me these people have reached their positions while still remaining immature and incompetent.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Intolerable is the word I would use to define my team. No one works together, everyone is angry and ready to throw the next under the bus.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It seemed like a promising job and position. But shortly after starting the truth was revealed that it is no where near the environment they made it seem to be during the interview process.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership and treatment of workers. The things I have witnessed are unspeakable. Managers screaming at employees in front of customers in order to "teach a lesson" How have things gotten this far with this terrible company?
