
The manager that interviewed me
We need to have a complete 180 of the store and management. We need coporate to give us more labor hours so the mornings can go by more smoothly
Direction, communication, and more time because Panera wants some of their busiest stores to have the same labor as the stores that arent as busy and we always seem short staffed
The store i work at has been in decline since before i started and we continuously go through so many employees because the management is so bad and the "higher ups" that have probably never worked a day at my store expect way to much to be done by 1 single person and in a specific amount of time.
When i have the right workers we can have a pretty smooth day but have the lazy one and it seems like nothinf gets done. And its probably just the way our manager schedules but it seems like the bad workers can only work at times other bad workers can because its never usually just 1 or 2 its all
