The supportive nature of our company is contageous. People are generally happy, and it rubs off on everyone!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work full time and have benefits. I am just happy to have the benefits (which include health insurance for me and my family).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive and provide a flexible work environment that I appreciate. As a working mom with two children, I need flexibility, and and understanding team of peers and leaders. I feel I am appreciated and valued as a member of the Panera team.
