Not having to deal with certain managers.

The team is kind, hard-working, and dedicated. The management is dreadful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Probably not getting constant criticism when I'm already doing the best that I can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing considerably less favoritism and doing nothing but criticism and nitpicking of employees who are NOT the general manager's pet.
