Everyone seems to get along and people are generally in good moods

It was over six years ago, I honestly don't remember, it was just like interviewing anywhere else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is a bit labor intensive and I feel like it should be higher than just minimum wage. There's also no benefits or built up sick time or anything
