the job is easy and my coworkers are great but the managers are very shady. they speak ill of employees to other employees and the managers do not like each other so they are always throwing each other under the bus versus working out their issues so we can have a smooth running store.

i am required to act as manger but not paid the same pay as managers thou i have as much if not more experience
