In my opinion this is a good location to work for. Actually really enjoy the job compared to the other places I've worked and it isn't really bad at all

Day shift is best shift. We all get along and enjoy company, have multiple conversations with out anyone getting upset etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work as an actual team, and support each other while still having a good attitude and knowing we tried our hardest
What did you like most about the interview process?
The GM actually hired me, while he left now for a better chance at a job after working years here. He was very straight forward, positive, polite and funny.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers help, friendly and no attitudes. Make it a fun environment and very good place to work out of the ones I've worked out. Supportive and understanding of personal issues
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around good customers that know me by name, I've had a few compliments of being a delight, some stating they would love to see me move up. How I handle things and they enjoy seeing me.
