I loved my job I loved the customers and I was proud to say I worked for Panera bread. but my location I dreaded going in because of managers and some employees. I would feel bullied with certain managers and employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the customers are awesome and I love the diversity in the dining area.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was comfortable and made me believe they help a lot to the community and employees were actually hands on helping as well. that's not the case
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
team work. not being so snobby. and helping one another. making someone feel scared to even ask a question or for help because they dont want to get talked about or being rude too
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers make you feel unwelcomed when you mess up on orders even when you first start. uncomfortable feeling made me cry numerous times. plays favoritism.messes with your scheduled if you don't stay later cause you have something else to do after.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
younger new employees got paid more then me and I was doing a lot more then what they were doing as in i would be dining dishwashing and food i knew more and i was there a lot longer then new empoyees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the people I used to.work with and managers..favoritism is not how people should run the company. people working hard but never looked at it acknowledged for their hard work. same people getting awards and acknowledgement or moving up in the company are the rude people who make other enployee cry
