I started with the Englewood store in September 2019. For the first 2 months not bad, until as of December 18, 2019. Where I seen how and what my Gm and 2nd in command managers true self. Not Panera bread standard at all. I'm actually on the human resources website to submit an incident report.
What makes you most happy at work?
Depending on who's closing the store as a manager. I'm in good spirits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The brand and my fellow associates are the best. It's the managers we have to tighten up on immediately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The associates and the main night managers. They up hold the Panera bread standard which is the oasis culture. Where all are welcome and treated fairly and with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a young crew. I lead by experience and the pride I take in my work. They lack the full potential only because of the Gm and 2nd In command manager.
