I've been there almost 6 years and have been through 3 different general managers so things have been different at different times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers apart from the General manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are awesome, and most all are very hard workers
What makes you most happy at work?
Probably my coworkers and getting to eat there cuz the food is good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The General manager at the time made me feel very comfortable and didn't waste time asking dumb questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the managers are cool. The regional manager is great, but the General manager of my cafe is not so great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been there 5 years and make barely more than others. The minimum wage goes up every year but my pay has not
