
The management needs to not pick favorites where these individuals get to stand around and do nothing while one or two people do all the work
No positivity whatsoever. The management team stands around texting on their phones and making jokes until someone is struggling and then this person is yelled at to work harder.
If the management team actually did any work the shifts would go smoothly, instead they put their position off on someone else and then make them feel terrible for not being able to to be in two places at once
The leadership team continually yells at employees to work harder/faster and do all they can to do absolutely nothing. The managers argue over who actually has to do work and then purposely short staff the team and say that they do it to give everyone more ?
