Very miserable, causes a lot of anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed. Not being paid enough. Not happy at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. It is absolutely miserable and gets worse everyday.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not sure. Haven't interviewed in a awhile. But they could stop hiring younger people that don't care about their job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a few good workers, but we have to pick up slack and get hardly paid for it so we're overworked and exhausted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Me and many of my co workers are living paycheck to paycheck and are told we can't get raises and Panera seems to only care about making money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not paid enough. Not enough labor to help get things done. Too many responsibilities for one person. No accountability. Higher up management cares more about how cucumbers are cut than how exhausted their employees are.
