PLEASE let the employees ditch the masks!!! It has been 400 days. Enough already. The area where I work (Cookeville, TN) has almost ZERO COVID. Our guests don't have to wear them. We breathe the same air. Please change this. It is ridiculous.

We try to stay positive and upbeat. We laugh a lot and try to enjoy our day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Made new friends. Fun to work with, for the most part. Most all are good team players willing to help wherever needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our local McDonalds pays $11.00 an hour with no experience. I make $10 an hour and have been with Panera for 2 years. I don't want to "start over" being the new person, learning a new job so I keep this one, but they really should get up off some money and pay the employees more fairly.
