The hardworkers have an understanding with each other about the lazy ones that get hired
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need more people hired. Proper training, higher pay, comp meals, 15 minute breaks, benefits etc. A definition between full and part time because there are only currently part timers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The regional manager is so out of touch with what actually goes on in stores. But the store managers are delightful and actually work with the employees instead of avoiding responsibility
