Panera used to be an amazing company to work for. Niren would speak and you would be excited and ready to go! Since Covid Panera has become a sell out. It has started pushing the vaccine and giving away free product for the vaccinated. They have no respect for people's freedom of choice anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
while we had record sales they cut our commission, they have continued to NOT compensate accordingly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our team aspect and the willingness for our team to help each other out with anything. Our boss is the same way. She goes to bat for us daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
THe team I am on is amazing as is my boss. We actually work as a team. As far as the entire company goes- there's no team, it's each area for itself.
