Treating employees as people and not constantly losing their temper and talking down to them.
Management need to do a better job at running. Everything g from ordering product and scheduling. They are doing the bare minimum.
The tem members work as hard as they can with what they are given. Most will go the extra mile to help one another.
Because I do the job of 5 people and only get paid for 1. Most of the I've had to learn to do myself.
