our hard work and long hr,s could be better compensated in our vaction pay as a driver,we need to burn more vaction hrs to equal what we make as a driver

An outside evaluation was done for compensation for my position a few years ago and I don't feel like it will ever raise to the high end of the scale throughout my career. I say this with the fact that our branch has hit most all of our financial goals since I've been hear. (6yrs.)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
IT issues are a constant battle. Lack of guidance/communication from Parkland management. Need to separate Parkland Canada from Parkland USA completely.

We are restricted with a bunch of red tape and required to perform tasks with equipment 30 years removed yet try and gain more and more customers even though we can't even handle the ones we currently have. It would be improved with better equipment and promises kept from higher ups.

The communication from upper management is poor. We are also not set up with the tools we need to succeed. Never an open line or very approachable in regards to raises or how to earn it
