It's very generous and performance based pay increases are available and given when you're performing well at your job.

Paycom looks at every part of life and finds a way to benefit from it. For example, the wellness team, the gym facilitators, and the mycom resources. They don't limit it to just "medical benefits"

Willingness to teach and give guidance. If you are interested in learning and doing your job right, most of my team members are very open and supportive.

We have a lot of fun and we also challenge each other to do our best. On a hard day, it's a given that we'll step in and help as needed. It's constant encouragement and there are plenty of listening ears when I need it. Overall, it's a great group of people.
