There has been little room for growth, exponential increase in workload and expectations with less employees and an overall feeling of low morale. The company needs a drastic culture change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
$4 lunches is a nice boost.

Understanding work/life balance and attainable workloads.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people! My coworkers are positive, inspiring and hardworking.

I love that there employee share purchase plan! It is a great perk!

The stock bonus structure is very nice and helps with being invested in the success of thr company.

I enjoy how intertwined they are on a daily basis with the rest of the employees especially from the HR department.

I really love that there is an onsite gym. I enjoy walking around the track at lunch to get away from desk for a few.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee morale is very low and I belive it is due to recent layoffs, imcreased workload with less resources, a client-first motto that shows lack of care to the employees, inflexibility, and lack of appreciation by directors and above.
