I feel that there are specific certifications and continued education opportunities for my specific role, I wish we were compensated for completing. With these different levels of expertise, I also believe the achievements should result in a rise in compensation.
Our product. It's obvious that our developers and leaders care about our clients and our field employee's opinions. When development comes out fixing something we have been frustrated on, it makes everyone feel heard and appreciated. I think it's something Paycom does really well.
As a trainer, I love when new hires share when they used something they learned in class in the field, and had a really great experience with it. I love training and it makes me so happy to see the impact I make on the success of or team.
