I enjoy my role because it's a position where I am given responsibilities and independence. Completing designated tasks is fulfilling. However, the amount of workload and compensation is frustrating because it interferes with a healthy work-life balance. Nothing is predictable.

Getting caught-up on work from current assignments or backlogged tasks.

Co-workers are willing to help with assignments, tasks when they're caught up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team receives a lot of work that interferes with our work-life balance. There's never a set 40 hour work week. Overtime is always expected to happen. The demands of this role far exceed the compensation and value we receive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of the team is willing to help someone else with their workload if they're caught up. Truly understanding the value of teamwork. It's easy to get negative about this role, but our team does its best staying positive and optimistic despite the circumstances.
