Moving to OKC in 2019 to work for Paycom was the best decision I could have made for my life. I found my dream job here and have created friendships to last a lifetime. My boss prioritizes my career advancement and Paycom encourages continuous growth and I am very thankful for that.

My role. I absolutely love my job and get to do the thing I love most everyday.

The most positive thing about the company culture is how friendly everyone is. Almost all of us have great working relationships.

I love how involved they are and how they make it a priority to stay involved no matter how much we grow as a company.

The best things about my team are how much we inspire, empower and care about one another. We have been able to create such a unique bond that I am truly grateful for.

The best part about my compensation package is the $1 health insurance! Also, my dental and vision are super inexpensive as well. Not having to spend a ton on benefits allows a lot more flexibility to do more things I love!
