I love the amount of PTO we're given. We work really hard and Paycom recognizes that and encourages time off to recharge.

Problem solving. I like looking for ways to improve our current initiatives or coming up with a solution to a new obstacle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so smart! I learn something new every day and it is so fun to brainstorm together. Watching everyone work together on a common goal is so satisfying.
