My company pays well and provides great benefits, but the pace seems unnecessarily fast at times. We spend so much time on campaigns/projects then are already stressing about the next thing before we can even digest the last. Parking is also way more stressful than it should be due to amount of EEs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like our company requests a lot of feedback, but there are so many people here that it is sometimes hard to tell what is being heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player and is very understanding. I think it is absurd when some depts are made to feel guilty when they dont feel safe to drive in bad weather/are sick and I am glad my team is very understanding that sometimes, we have to adjust in the best interest of life and safety.
