Over 11 years at Paycom my experience has taught me that only thing that is consistent is change. If you aren't adaptable to change then you will have a hard time working here. Whether it is people, the software, process, etc - something is always changing

Very inclusive and feels like a young company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader is very supportive of me and I love that we have open honest conversations
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some are not helpful, seem to have the not my problem attitude. Others just want to be the smartest person in the room.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to work remote. I can do the job I do just as well or better at home and it would save me money on gas and food as well as allowing me to have a better work/life balance
