
I think that there are some discrepancies in pay between people doing the same jobs.
Being able to interact with super talented people and having a level of autonomy to work on projects.
The openness to new ideas. I have freedom to try new ideas and test their effectiveness without sacrificing quality of work.
I can see that they genuinely care about individuals of the company, not just hitting numbers. I think there are always areas where we could improve but overall we are moving in the right direction.
I have a team of super talented people within my own team and across the organization. I do think that there are some areas where we could all improve in communication and the spread of work across teams but overall I feel that I have a team that supports growth of the organization.
