Paycom has allowed me to achieve things i havent been able to before. I feel as my tenure with the organization, the perks minimize but it is a great company to work for and i found my closest friends here as well

focus on more than just the sales and the bottom line, but our development as people

the uncapped commission, but i feel there needs to be some improvements in benefits for those trying to have children
