My experience at Paycom has been positive overall but that is quickly being overshadowed by the lack of flexible work schedules and the inability to work from home. This is something our competitors are doing better than we are and we don't seem to be making any strides in that area.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we care about each other. We recognize that we're all in the same boat and while we can't control very many variables about our work, we can absolutely control how we treat each other and the environment we spend most of our time in each day.
