Change is constant. Your leader changes often which means the expectations of you changes often. I've recommended friends to come to Paycom and every one of them has had at least two managers within their first year. You can make good money if you stay long enough, but burnout is real and happens.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They're down to earth people. Most of them started from an entry level position at Paycom. This is very challenging to work with at times though because they do not have the training and SLDC knowledge to effectively prioritize and deliver technology to the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Alignment of KPIs and how we measure success. Partnering with counterparts in Dev/QA can be a huge challenge. Ops is held accountable to strict deadlines and customer delivery whereas it seems Dev/QA can move dates constantly and not put the customer first. Concerned how their success is measured.
