Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company offers decent salaries. However, being underpaid in comparison to new incoming employees (who have no experience in the same role) and other companies, creates dissatisfaction. The company could provide incentives for having bilingual skills and advanced degrees and certificates.
