It wasn't intimidating at all. No games or mind tricks, but strictly me and the interviewer wanting to learn more.

My team is full of professionals. We work hard, pull our own weight but also ensure we collaborate to get the best possible outcome.

Every day I'm able to see how I am progressing as an individual. There is also opportunity for me to grow instead of staying stagnant.
