I love my job and I love Paycom. I wish some senior leaders would do a better job at casting the vision for the company and letting the rest of the company attain that vision, but overall I love working at Paycom.

They're visionaries who set a clear goal for where they want the company to go. They're innovative and not afraid to take chances if it makes the company better.

Fearless when it comes to trying new things and moving the team and our company forward. They all seem to genuinely care about your well-being. That's unusual for a large corporate culture.

Being challenged with something new and exciting daily. The opportunity to be part of something bigger than myself excites me. I love working for a company that is well respected in the community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is great, the $1/pay period health benefits are amazing and unheard of outside of working for an actual benefits company. Beyond that, the ancillary benefits such as help with childcare, help with older members of your family and the overall total benefits package is amazing.
