Overall this has been one of the best places I have worked. A lot of subjectivity has been removed and I can carve my own path here using my skills and ideas. I have seen very few door closed to a great ideas, suggestions, and improvements. There is always someone eager to hear ways to improve.

Everyone has a voice. All ideas, thoughts and opinions are heard and considered in finding the best solution to any problem the team faces.

It is a variety of things ranging from the $4 lunch, the $1 insurance, to the stock purchase program. Overall it is a solid package.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to do my best, teach and influence others, as well as the ability to always learn something new from so many skilled and talented co-workers.
