Better base pay, more consistent bonuses (such as company-wide yearly cash bonuses), more fair devpoint vesting for promotions
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy talking with the people on my team, I feel like I'm able to talk to them about whatever I want to or need to while in office. We also go and get lunch fairly often and hang out on breaks.
