For the first time in my professional career, I had a manager ask about my bandwidth to ensure that I had optimal time to work on my projects. I was incredibly impressed that they took that initiative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of the culture is how I feel as an employee to use the resources available to me. There is an incredible amount of smart individuals at my disposal who are equipped with a different skillset than I have. I've been grateful to have the opportunity to work with this team.
