I truly love working at Paycom. I can see first hand how we can make a difference to our clients, and our own employees. I love the culture Paycom has cultivated, everyone here is so welcoming which is so nice when you are here 40+ hours weekly! I enjoy the special events, activities etc they offer

I do think Paycom offers good leave options
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to come in and make a difference in my external, and internal clients days. I also love accomplishing tasks after a daunting week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is uber supportive. We work as one organism to achieve good results for the business. They are all so inclusive as well, Paycom has great people when it comes to diversity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how Paycom is staying on brand with innovation. Not only with our software but also by offering new world accommodations like privacy booths, SOME wfm days for weather etc, and being understanding when it comes to taking leave. ( my department specifically)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly appreciate how the executives in my Department show they care about each employee they have. I can tell they want me as a person to be successful alongside the business, they constantly offer words of affirmation and support. They are the definition of good leadership!
