Paycom has been the best company I've ever worked for, and I hope I can spend the rest of my career here.

$1 health insurance for sure, and the stock plan is great as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always very transparent about what their goals are and the direction we are going
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part everyone has a positive outlook and are team players. I have yet to find someone that I don't get along with or don't work well with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and very "High motor" individuals. I think we have a very good balance of strengths, so for things I am not as strong in, I go to them for guidance, and vice versa. So we all seem to elevate one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am relied on heavily for certain projects, which I like because it makes me feel important in my role. At previous companies I had worked in sales and sometimes felt like I wasn't valued and just a number. That is not the case with Paycom.
