I am able to be financially stable at a young age, and feel that I am pushed to work hard but paid for everything I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even as a massively growing organization, I never feel as if I am a number, or a cog in the wheel. Everything is genuine and personal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference within our sales organization. very few companies allow the input from people so close to the field, our organization takes feedback, ideas, and coaching directly from the people in the thick of it every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Any single person in leadership is willing to do what they ask. If they ask for us to make a change in our sales process, our executives are right alongside us. Between training, shadowing, and even jumping in on calls, they are as motivated and relentless as we are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has the ability to see the vision for the future. We all work together collaboratively and have the ability to redirect for what is the best total solution. Because of our leadership we worship feedback and all take it on with eagerness to change for the better.
