We're a very close and tight-knit team! We support one another both at work and outside of work.

While we do have a fun, fast-paced environment - commissions coming out each month definitely keeps us sales reps super happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's fast-paced in a good way. You are never bored, always growing, and there is always something new to achieve or look forward too!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though our team is tight-knit, I think we have each other's genuine best interests at heart. It can be a very competitive environment, but overall I think the team is driving towards the same goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no cap on the compensation - you get to drive your own compensation at the end of the day. What you put in you get out of it. I love that it's transparent, fair and hasn't changed since day 1.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Sales Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm showing up both personally and professionally to be the best version of myself. My Sales EVP challenges and supports me to grow as a Sales Rep, and I'm constantly learning each and every day.
